Thanks for posting, Susan. Glad to finally have a bestseller I translated at Kepler's (#7 fiction). Used to live nearby in the 60s and always loved the store, both when I was at Stanford and during the Grateful Dead era. Please give them my best. Reg Keeland, Albuquerque
