Menlo Park's new community engagement manager gets to work

Shortly after coming on board as Menlo Park's new community engagement manager in May, Cherise Brandell got a hint of why the City Council created the position.

and if you think six digit salaries are outlandish, you are old and out of touch. there are no five and dime stores, movies don't cost a quarter any longer, you can't buy a burger at woolworths and public process no longer means the most powerful white guy gets to tell us all what to do.

I appreciate truth's commentary. There are plenty of offenders on this site when it comes to personal attacks and unsubstantiated opinions, but truth isn't one of them.

I'm a fan of truth myself -- both the concept and the poster. His/her posts are usually rational and indicative of a refreshing open-mindnesses. "Please Truth" sees truth through a curiously distorted lens.
