Water level of snowpack 80% of normal

The state Department of Water Resources announced Monday its reading of the snow water content is 80 percent normal for this date.

If the obstructionist environmentalists did not lobby so hard against reservoirs we would have an adequate water supply. California's population is growing yet the environmentalists don't seem to understand that we need more water. We should be building reservoirs instead of the High Speed Rail.
