Why post the previous sold price ? It seems like you're "rubbing the seller's nose in it". Yes, the sale prices are down in a horrible economy and it's not with joy that a lot of the owners are selling, some have to. Just a thought.. The current sale price is enough invasion of privacy for both the buyer and seller, (their names are also posted).

All this tells me is that prices are down on low-end properties, and that there are a lot of foreclosures east of the freeway. For most residents of Menlo Park/Atherton, this information isn't real useful. We already know it's a bad time to put a house on the market!
