It's unfortunate that the story told to the reporter by the owner of the restaurant doesn't match up with what appeared to be an eviction notice posted throughout the restaurant before it's closing. I will NOT be taking my Girl Scouts to the Ladera location. Not only is it inconvenient, but the atmosphere will never be the same. :(
