This should be under "Political" topic.

The League of Women Voters got it right on this one. Vote NO on 1a, 1c, 1d, 1e, and I would personally add a NO on 1b. The Howard Jarvis Taxpayers Association PAC, which has endorsed my candidacy for SM County Supervisor, sees it that way too. Sorry Almanac, you have to go back to school on this one.

The LWV is right, we need real reform, not more of the same crazy "fixes" that we've come to expect from Sacramento. How do we go about getting the ridiculous 2/3rds vote to approve the state budget overturned?

Time for a constitutional convention, I'd say.

I never thought I'd agree with Jack Hickey on ANYTHING, but the League's argument makes a lot of sense.

Don't miss out on the discussion!
