Not your average ham and cheese sandwich

What the French do with the ham and cheese sandwich -- the Croque Monsieur -- is a marvel. What the Crepes Cafe in Menlo Park does with the Croque Madame is bliss. That's the Monsieur topped with an over-easy-fried egg. There are several other things I like on the Crepes Cafe menu, but I can rarely get beyond the Madame. And I know of no other local restaurant where you can get one. (I'm eager to hear from anyone who does know of another place to find it.)

I am soo excited to hear that, bc the one they have a left bank doesnt' do it for me at all. I'll check them out...
