Posted by curious, a resident of another community, on Jun 25, 2009 at 5:15 pm I would like to find out the reason that Charles Marsala's public records request on the subject issue is dated September 5th, yet in an September 10th e-mail to Wende Protzman Charles asks Wende Whether he needs a public records request.

Wende,
Mike Cully tells me there are 3 emails. One from him and two from John Johns (one to Mike and one to Mike's manager) regarding the overcharging on permits over $1M.
I would like copies of John Johns' emails as well. Do I need to do a FOIA request?

Additionally, it does not appear as though Marsala's request dated September 5th was ever endorsed by the Town as having been received.
I am sure there is a legitimate explanation.
Perhaps Charles can tell us what it is.
