So "venture capitalist" is just another word for Republicans with a lot of money.
Other than that, just what does a venture capitalist do?
Do they support large money making schemes which might even make hundreds of millions of dollars? I don't think so. I sent a friend to one of your prominent citizens who is double billed as a venture capitalist AND "philanthropist and like many Texans I know to be "Jet Rich".....that is really rich (matching planes for wife and hubby) and they treat money losses with a very kind and "aw shucks" sort of approach, and call a spade a spade. Unlike the rich here who are paupers by comparison, they spread their wealth to the those around them and do not make a fuss like when someone donates a ball park so the rich kids can play little league with the other rich kids. No class.
