I, too, wish to thank Mr. Lewin for is years of service to the community.
While I have disagreed with his position on many SUHSD issues, specifically in regards to his, Dr. Gemma's and the majority of the board members' opposition to "anything Charter" (especially, since Summit Prep Charter High School seems to be the only truly positive and cost-effective thing to be hatched within the Sequoia Union High School District in the past six years), I was reared to believe that community service may be the most important contribution to society a person can make.

Trustee Lewin certainly has overseen the building of some beautiful performing arts complexes in Woodside and Menlo Park. Our communities are very proud.
