REAL ESTATE: Woodside home sells for $1.1 million

Correction: Ware Road is not in the Town of Woodside. It is in unincorporated San Mateo County.

Pardon me, I think I missed the newsworthy aspect of this story. Are we supposed to be shocked that a home in Woodside sold for such a paltry sum as $1.1 million?
