Solar array to offset huge electricity bills

A Woodside homeowner who pays about $40,000 yearly for 105,000 kilowatt hours of electricity is having a 10-500-square foot ground-mounted solar array installed on a secluded meadow to cover all his electricity needs.

That's a little less than I gross in a year ! !

The entire story is really absurdly funny and really not something to inspire those of us who believe in the high technology for the entire planet.
