Letter: Letters from Las Lomitas district teachers were not 'threatening'

I am writing to clarify some misunderstandings that readers might get from your Oct. 14 article about the resignation of Trustee David Bailard from the Las Lomitas School Board.

The Las Lomitas school district has been overrated for a long time. It's true colors of it's faculty are now emerging. If the teachers don't like the contract - they can leave. This would be a great opportunity for Las Lomitas to bring in some great teachers. What a wonderful outcome for those who count - the students.
