Will Chief Guerra be prepared to answer questions about the Testimony of Officer Tony Dennis that his police report was altered as admitted to in the Jon Buckheit matter?

Thank You Jerry Gruber and Chief Guerra.
Your willingness to have an open Q&A session with the citizens whom you serve is commendable. I hope that a broad spectrum of citizens takes the time to attend and to ask questions, to listen to the questions of others and to hear your answers.
This is a bold first step towards greater understanding and trust.

Let's get behind Peter Carpenter, submit the questions in advance, and expect the promised follow through from Mr. Gruber and Mr. Guerra with candid answers at the meeting.

A citizen who is afraid to be identified, a sad commentary in itself, has asked me to submit the following questions for the 22nd:
"Has the PD accepted anonymous donations and, if so, do these donations in any way influence the PD's behavior towards the anonymous donors?
Why should the PD accept anonymous donations?"
I have sent these questions to the Town Manager and the Police Chief.

I have been informed that it will be just the Town Manager and the Police Chief and will be very informal.
In my opinion this is perfect as it will enable frank and open discussions. If Council members were to participate then we would probably end up with a formal agenda and the usual restrictions on public comment.

This is a rare opportunity for the residents of Atherton.
You have a City Manager and Police Chief offering you a chance to ask them direct questions. This meet and greet meeting is in response to several residents asking for these two gentlemen to be replaced.
There seems to be a very wide disconnect here.
An Atherton resident has just proven in court that his Police Report was falsified by the Atherton Police Department which happens to be a felony.
