Town Square Terms of Use
Atherton, posted by John P Johns, a resident of another community, on Mar 7, 2010 at 11:15 am

Mr. Hine deleted a post about my experience with identity theft I placed on this forum earlier today.

Mr. Hine's reasonning was cryptic yet appears to have suggested that my post was contrary to the terms of use because it post spoke of illegal or unethical activity within the Town of Atherton.

I have reviewed once again the Almanac News Terms of Use for posting to the Town Square. Upon another review I remain at a loss as to which condition my post alerting Athertonians to the perils of identity theft was contrary to the Almanac News terms of use.

I also note that Mr. Hine's post suggesting that my post was contrary to the Almanac News terms of use has also been taken down.

I ask for Mr. Hine to explain the reasons for my post about identity theft and his post admonishing users of this town forum to adhere to the stated terms of use have been taken down.

I await your reply Mr. Hine, as do the readers of this Town Square forum.
