Dead Messenger Stands Ready to Testify
Atherton, posted by dead messenger, a resident of the Atherton: other neighborhood, on Mar 21, 2010 at 10:57 am

Word on the street is that the City Council will be holding a public hearing on allegations of public corruption by a public official.

The purpose of this note is to alert the City Council, the City Manager and the ACIL that this dead messenger stands ready to testify.

If the City Council would like to call me as a witness, I can be reached at the following e-mail address:

lme_2212@yahoo.com

I await your reply.......

Contact me if you would like help getting this to the Attorney General. This is not fair for Fox or Wagstaffe to be required to investigate. Its to much for them

I could not disagree more with you Mr. Stogner

The DA went after the former Mayor of San Carlos, it stands to reason that Wagstaffe would have the guts to stand up to a two bit councilman.

There is some powerful evidence in the form of e-mail communications.

The DA likes its targets served to it on a platter and this one certainly is.

You've got to be kidding, Wagstaffe won't do a thing. His deputy DA was in a courtroom in which an Atherton cop testified a police report had been falsified, a felony. NO ACTION from Wagstaffe. He's owned and controlled by the police unions and won't cross a cop, period. Marsala is also owned and controller by the police unions and cops (and developers, if you can tell the difference). I predict NO ACTION from Wagstaffe on Marsala to match NO ACTION from Wagstaffe on the Atherton cops who falsely arrested Buckheit.

Wagstaffe spend nine months investigating the former Atherton Finance Director after his termination in 2007.

Given the serious nature of the charges against a sitting member of the City Council, and the nature of the evidence already in play, Wagestaffe is going to have a hard time justifying turing a blind eye to this one.

I just had a post deleted that was 100% accurate. I personally witnessed the testimony.

If you want your comments to be read I recommend you go to the San Mateo Daily Journal website, Community Forum they will stay up for the public.

Don't count on the DA folks. They're bought and paid for. This newspaper appears to suffer from the same problem.

Editor: are you a journalist or not? A journalist would be all over this, not deleting posts from people pointing out the obvious.

Michael G. Stogner,

Please control yourself for once. Stop your paranoid raving. You aren't doing anything but letting Wagstaffe and the rest of them ignore this situation because you are appearing to be a crackpot. [Portion removed]

Dead Messenger,

You are as bad as Michael G. Stogner. Why don't you just go to the authorities and offer to testify. Posting on this website with an anonymous name makes you look less reliable.

Watching You,

You seem to have missed the entire point here. What in the world makes you think Dead Messenger hasn't already reported these alleged crimes to the San Mateo County District Attorneys Office, a long time ago.

Now what is your recommendation?

Michael G. Stogner,

I hope that he or she has done so. Who is dead messenger? Do you know? It is too bad that you aren't on our city council or on the board of supervisors. You seem to have much time on your hands. And you know what they say about idle hands.

Posted by Michael G Stogner, a resident of another community, on Mar 22, 2010 at 1:23 pm

I already told you that the DA has been notified of this criminal complaint.

Michael G. Stogner,

You already told me that the DA has been notified of the criminal complaint. Really. WHere did you notify me. You talk in circles and asked me what made me think dead messenger had not done so. I assumed that if dead messenger had done so, then dead messenger would not need to shout about it here. Dead messenger is the runner up for having too much time to spare. You win the first prize. I hope you get some business soon so you can mind your own.

Watching,

"I assumed that if dead messenger had done so, then dead messenger would not need to shout about it here."

Now we are getting somewhere, your assumption was wrong. Dead Messenger reported this a long time ago.

Now what.
