If it's not Hetch-Hetchy water, I'm sticking with gin

I can't believe how awful the tap water is lately. The cloudiness doesn't bother me as much as the nasty taste. Couldn't the water company warn us so we could stock up on bottled water first?

I feel sorry for the East Bay people who have to drink this swill 24/7.
