Hickey Initiative re: Sequoia Healthcare District

Since the TEAM of Hickey, Graham and Stogner did not materialize, but I was re-elected by a substantial margin, I am initiating an effort to bring about the termination of the agency calling itself the Sequoia Healthcare District.
