Could you please try to expand the Sheriff's Office reports to include Ladera as well?

(Letter to the editor did not work, so will try this.)

Many thanks...

Austen - Police Calls always includes Ladera, but incidents won't show up in the paper if they aren't included in the weekly report from the Sheriff's Office.

The other determining factor is the category of crime. Our policy is flexible, but we tend not to publish accounts of misdemeanors, for example.

I heard that the West Bay Sanitary District had a break in at their Flow Equalization site in Bay Front Park on the 8th of January totaling near $50,000.00 and that doesn't make it into your Police blotter? Maybe you should do better research.
