Does Keplers.com collect and remit sales tax on online purchases from shoppers in all 45 states that have a sales tax?

e.g. If I'm from Vermont, would you collect sales tax and remit it to Vermont's taxing authority so I don't owe use tax?

Nothing that Amazon does relieves me of my obligation to pay California use tax on my Amazon purchases if Amazon does not collect those taxes at the time of sale.
