"Hiding Within the Crowd" is one of 30 prints and paintings by Colleen Sullivan of Menlo Park on display at the Mountain View Center for the Performing Arts, 500 Castro St. in Mountain View, through April 11.

This exhibit is not to be missed. The originality of these pieces of art strike you the minute you see them. I am disappointed there is no picture to go with this article, and that it was only posted three days before the closing of the show.

I don't normally like abstract art but found myself hypnotized by Sullivan's mastery of the medium. I actually ended up buying my favorite piece "A Difficult Winter". I recommend this show to anyone interested in modern art.
