Atherton considers spiffed-up baseball park

The town of Atherton is moving forward cautiously to examine a proposal by the Menlo Park-Atherton Little League to rebuild, at its own expense, the ballpark at Holbrook-Palmer Park.

Also on last nights agenda was a proposal for setting a policy on how to best accept private donations to the Town.
Is this not a related item? And shouldn't the discussion and process to put a gift policy in place happen before the acceptance of gifts?
