Update: Man killed in crash is identified

The San Mateo County coroner's office has identified a Newark man who died in a crash Thursday near La Honda while performing weed abatement for the Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District.

So now the will classify a low paid worker as a contractor to get away from paying benefits to next of kin. PLEASE GET A GOOD LAWYER
