What a tragedy. Well, the news broke that the motive was gang retaliation, and mistaken identity by teenagers. What supports gangs to gather and live together more than over crowding in non-code complying structures in San Mateo County? (which they say is not a priority to enforce). City and county leaders must stand up and live up to their responsibility to rid the blight and over crowding where most gangs live. There must have more police patrols to stop the parties after 10pm with amplified music that go on all night where people get drunk then get brave(in their own minds). Sad for all involved.
