OUTSIDE INVESTIGATOR HIRED BY ATHERTON CLEARS GUERRA AND PETERSON

In a stunning and unexpected turn of events, the Town of Atherton announced today that the outside, independent and totally neutral investigator it hired to look into complaints John Johns had leveled against Police Chief Mike Guerra and investigator Pete Peterson has determined that Johns' complains were totally unfounded.

Some perceptive people made a lot of money on betting this way, since the Vegas odds were overwhelming against this outcome. Most people figured that Danielson was going to hire someone who would finally hold Guerra and the police department accountable.

Congratulations to these modern-day Nostradamuses!
