Fire damages Atherton home, kills two cats

For reasons still unknown, as many as eight smoke detectors failed to alert the occupants of an Atherton house to a fire early Wednesday morning that appears to have started on the first floor and spread to the attic.

Could there may a fraud or arson involve? Hope the owners do have a homeowners insurance. It could greatly help them if it's only an accident. If they don't have, they can look here. Web Link. I've visit this one also and shop among insurance companies. It got great tips and info as well.
