Update: A PG&E natural gas pipeline that exploded during pressure testing on Sunday afternoon, causing a mudslide across Interstate 280 in Woodside, was likely damaged by a backhoe, a utility spokesman said Monday.

Just imagine the chaos of the long overdue earthquake which would strand residents forever, depending on how bad it will be...
I have power generators hospital sized which run on diesel and plenty of backup.
I also have a two bedroom 2400 sq.ft cement bunker underground like Der Feuhrer.
The county would not okay a heliport, but we spend so little time in our home as it is.Also, accomdations for 15 children complete with schoolroom. The parents of the children are within walking distance, so we will not be reacting like the normal County millionairs.

How is it that a pipeline being tested can flood enough water to shut down an interstate highway without the testers noticing the problem and aborting the test?
