Peer Review Group on High Speed Rail recommends the funding plan not be approved

The Peer Review Group has just issued its report on the funding plan for the High Speed Rail project.

They recommend that the funding plan as proposed not be approved.

The Group has serious reservations in many areas. Prop 1A mandated that the Group be formed with the responsibility of evaluating the HSR project, and delivering their evaluation to the State Legislature.
