Menlo OKs new city manager contract 4-1

Menlo Park City Council meetings can be packed full of surprises, but Tuesday's meeting proceeded much as expected -- with one exception.

He might not have bought much goodwill with the new city manager, but at least, Andy Cohen is predictable.

Mayor Keith should not be revealing in an open meeting was what discussed in a closed meeting. The City Attorney McClure should counsel Mayor Keith on her inappropriate behavior.
