Supervisors Don Horsley, Adrienne Tissier, Rose Jacobs Gibson Ignore the voters again.
Less than 2 years ago the Charter Review Committee recommended 14-2 for the Supervisors to place District vs. At Large Elections on the ballot to let the voters decide. They said NO we will not give the voters that chance.
Now in the blink of an eye, they have appointed a soon to be vacant position, they have skipped the appointment process and at the same are preparing to place a measure on the ballot that will change the Controller position from ELECTED to APPOINTED.
