Atherton council meets at Menlo College

The Atherton City Council will meet at Menlo College on Wednesday, April 18. Among agenda items: proposed changes to the town's purchasing policies, consultant services for construction of a new library, and reinstatement of the town's Environmental Programs Committee.

They're going to approve a "project manager of the library construction project" before the comment period for the draft EIR is complete?
