On housing we need to figure out on how to design homes that will blend into Menlo Park. Use of 2 to 3 story homes, with common open space, courtyards, low rises that look and feel like a it will be a single family home. Different sizes will help, not everyone wants a large family, large home, other do. Use of desnity to creak open spaces will work instead of large homes and small lots, create smallish homes with decent space. Create stores with housing above that shop owners can rent or buy, that way we can keep the small businesses in M.P. Add more parks that some space can be come schools when the time is needed.
