John Maltbie proposes budget with $80,000,000 increase.

This budget of $1.83 billion is based on taking $40,000,000 from reserves. It is also based on three new taxes on the ballot passing. If they don't we can add $28,000,000. Included is $9,700,000 for tenant and seismic improvements on our two empty buildings we spent $40,000,000 for last year.
