This guy hangs out at the Menlo Park Train station I saw him before all this started to happening. He Hispanic about 22-26 years old. When I saw him he was stooped down behind the sign inside the station looking under a woman's dress who was sitting on the north bound side. there here homeless guys inside the station while he was doing it. I want to call the Police but you know how they are with Blacks in Menlo Park.I can't recall of hand which date it was but I went to Safeway and use my card so I can get the date.
