After this fine gentleman is found justly GUILTY, won't he have to repay ALL that he has taken from the people of Portola Valley? He can't sit back and keep his home after this can he?? I'm sorry for his family, but that's the breaks for breaking the law and stealing! I hope they have enough to get something smaller or are able to rent. Sounds like blame-laying to me. Might want to check that new Super and the Board she reports to more carefully.....just saying.....
