Dance for fitness and fun while meeting new friends in the new year!

Join social dance instructor Nick Enge at the Portola Valley Community Hall for an introduction to social dancing, offered for the first time as a Community Class, and learn the basic steps and common variations of the most popular forms of partner dancing in America today. Types of dance include swing (4-count and 6-count), waltz (cross-step and rotary), fox-trot (magic step and club two-step), and Latin (tango, cha cha, salsa). It is not required to bring a partner, but light-weight, soft-soled, and comfortable shoes are highly recommended.

When: Monday nights, 7:00 - 9:00 pm (January 7th - March 25th, excluding January 21 and February 18)

Where: Portola Valley Community Hall

Cost: $200
