In a time of war but not of national sacrifice, of an official news blackout on photos of the flag-draped coffins of war dead, and of an all-volunteer military, those of us engaged in the domestic economy may not be focusing on the people in uniform fighting or preparing to fight under the red, white and blue.

I have worked for Joe and Suzy Fil as their contractor on a room addition at their other home on the lake. They are absolutly the nicest people you would ever want to meet and the only clients I ever keep in touch with (10 years since cconstruction). I was looking for their phone number when i found this article, as my phone has broken in half and the card wont read in another phone. I have met Gen. Fil at the Lake house and you would have never known he was a general by the way he acts (when with his parents and family at least). Truly wonderful people.
