Although I favor the rapid movement of light freight and people through the central valley, i can only support it as a stockholder not a taxpayer. if it is to be economically feasible stocks/bonds can be sold by high speed rail company, not paid for by taxpayers. If rates are competitive I will use it. It must produce a a viable alternative to me taking my private auto. If it such a good idea why aren't private corporations investing?

Because they know better and are not beholden to the labor unions as our politicians are.

Figures Tutor would be involved. They're the biggest bunch of thieves in the public works sector there is.
