Saint Raymond's recent back to school BBQ event provided an opportunity for families to gather and gear up for the coming academic school year. An estimated 500 people attended this year's gathering and shared memories of year's past and aspiration's for the coming year. The food was a hit in large part due to the support of members St. Raymond's mothers and the generous support and donations provided by Goldilocks in Daly City owned by the Yuzon family, Sigonas, Safeway stores in M. P., Woodside and Redwood City, Trader Joes in M.P., beverages provided by Adinas and Costco. This years BBQ not only provided delicious food to those who were there but was also able to generate funds that will go toward existing school programs. The kids really enjoyed the activities provided including two large jumpers, face painting and hair beading. Many thanks to everyone who contributed to making this year's BBQ such a special event.
