Mr. Walton's complaint was truly one of the most laughable displays of whining I've seen in a long time. But we all need a good laugh once in a while, don't we? I can just imagine the parking officer who ticketed Mr. Walton, if he read the letter, shaking his head and thinking, "He really thought HE was the only thing I had on my mind that afternoon?"
