We want to encourage an intelligent exchange of ideas and information, and avoid petty barbs and disparaging and gratuitous remarks about other posters.

Are Town Squaare posts and comments also monitored for spelling errors? And, regarding the "intelligent exchange of ideas and information," how is it going?

CC, the editor informed us a few weeks ago that we should be using Microsoft Word to write, check spelling, then cut and paste to the Town Square. Guess he is checking. I've read some pretty hot conversations over on the Palo Alto Weekly, and never seen the editor admonish or suggest his readership use Word to perfect their comments. We must be one rowdy bunch of hooligans here in Menlo Park!
Oh, and Mr. Editor, one of your rules is not to advertise here...Keplers seems to get an awful lot of space. I love the store, but fair is fair!
