Menlo Park man arrested in school theft

A Menlo Park man allegedly tried to swipe a frozen chicken from the offices of an East Palo Alto school district Tuesday, apparently not realizing a legion of police officers were patrolling the streets following recent vandalisms at two local grade schools.

I'm going to start working on a post-modern version of Les Miz featuring a guy who steals a chicken from a public school.
