Every year our hot cross buns go faster than i can bake them and the season ended officially on Easter. This year i pre-mixed the fruit and raisins and had enough left for one more small batch. i'm baking them as we speak so Wednesday April 15 i'll have truly the last 20 dozen fresh hot cross buns available to you . The only catch is you have to know which bakery has "the best buns in town" in order to get some.
