Jackling house defenders appeal ruling

Defenders of Woodside's Jackling house, a group called Uphold Our Heritage, have appealed a March 8 ruling by Judge Marie S. Weiner that gave Mr. Jobs the right to pursue a demolition permit, according to an e-mail from Uphold's attorney.

let the house go - If all the committees want to preserve the house then they should buy it & pay for the remodel & upgrades !! ENOUGH - this is definately a waste of our court's time
