Ethics Hearings Part Two
Atherton, posted by stunned yet again, a resident of the Atherton: other neighborhood, on Oct 16, 2010 at 10:34 pm

Dear Almanac Editors:

For next Wednesday's Atherton Council Meeting, the closed session agenda shows the first item of litigation to be discussed as being yet another lawsuit from Peninsula Pacific Group against the Town, but this time naming "50 John Does" who are to be added to their claim. I can't even tell by the notice what they might be suing for this time around. Does the Almanac know or care to find out?

[Portion removed; personal attack.]

Could the Town end up in receivership to PPG if they keep this up? Or do they own us already and we just haven't figured it out yet?
