Mountain lion spotted in Woodside

A mountain lion was spotted Sunday morning (April 17) in the hills above Interstate 280 in San Mateo County, emergency officials said.

Why do my comments about hunting and eating the mountain lions keep getting deleted?

Mountain lion meat is a good substitute for pork and works in the same recipes.

These animals are protected from people like you--it is illegal for you to hunt them thank goodness.

When you find yourself "off the beaten track" in our of parks or neighborhoods, understand that you are in mountain lion territory and they are actually hunting you. I'm told you taste a lot like chicken.

When was the last person in San Mateo County eaten in San Mateo County? I would think it would be too rich for the animal's diet.
