Silicon Valley chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals
The award will be presented at a Nov. 18 event called "National Philanthropy Day,"
Director Jack Hickey asked the other directors to decline this award.
Sequoia Healcare District is a special district and is a public agency, funded by taxpayers.
The Grand jury in 2000-01 recommended the tax dollars not be collected after the hospital was sold.
Note: The 2000-01 Grand Jury Report is filed under 2001-02, this change happened during the election of 2010
