Larry Powell, the superintendent of Fresno school district (There are 195,000 students in Fresno County and 356 schools) , gave up $800K to do the right thing due to the budget crisis. He's going take home $31K.

Where can we find the Mr. Powell's???? It's so fragmented and broken and inefficient. His salary was $250K and he had 356 schools!
