PV councilman-elect say he'll uphold 'nature trumps structure' ethic

Jeff Aalfs, appointed by the Town Council to the Architectural & Site Control Commission (ASCC) in December 2008, is poised to join the council himself in December. He and incumbent Ann Wengert are the only candidates for two open seats.

In addition to being approachable, caring, and intelligent, Jeff has been a valued and dedicated Town volunteer, and I am glad that he decided to expand his commitment to the Town by serving on the Town Council. Serving on Council has always appeared to me to be a very time consuming and often difficult job. Thanks, Jeff!

Mr. Aalfs:

Why are miles of asphat being installed along the creek? This seems counter to its own (ad good) rule that limits hardscape in development.
