DO YOU HAVE ANY RECENT PHOTOS OF THE HOUSE WHEN STEVER JOBS BUILT IT?

THE HOUSE WAS CONSIDERED ONE OF FAMED ARCHITECT JACKLING'S WORST EFFORTS AND WAS IN A DELAPIDATED STATE WHE JOBS BOUGHT IT.

TO ALL OF YOU WHO BEND AND TWIST THE TRUTH, I HOPE YOUR INTEREST IN THIS NON SUBJECT DURING THE WEEK OF JOBS' DEATH GETS ANY RESPECT.

IT BELONGS TO THOSE SOCIETIES WHO EXIST FOR THEMSELVES DURING THESE HARD TIMES WHEN MOST PEOPLE ARE LOSING JOBS, AND THE ECONOMY FAILING AND THIS IS NOT A PAGE ONE ISSUE WITH 90 YEAR OLD ARCHITECTUAL PHOTOS.

As for contributor, Barbara Woods "special assignment" on the Jackling House, let it be known that the majority of the mansions of any quality are mostly in Montecito, CA. and are palaces compared to this delapidated mess which is an insult to Steve not (STEVER) Jobs.

An unfortunated book is coming out about the Peninsula THEN AND NOW which tells some very telling and not attractive stories by former well bred and not noveau citizens of the entire San Mateo County.

It is a CHINATOWN of sorts and makes examples of people much like Otis Chandler and wife got outed.

This makes no sense. The rebuilt organ had over 3000 pipes. It might have had 71 'stops' after the rebuild but I don't think it had 71 'ranks' of pipes.

Whether or not the house was worth saving the organ represented the finest residence organ installation in northern California, if not the entire state. While there were many impressive installations east of the Mississippi there were very few in the west. The damage due to neglect was significant. Pipes taken as souvenirs, the roll collection stolen, the console was set afire, leaking roofs, its just all very sad.
